Refund policy

Shop Lola Mae gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered merchandise that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Shop Lola Mae E-Gift Card).  Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped.  The original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.

To start a return, please carefully package the item and mail it to Shop Lola Mae, 9808 32nd St NE, Saint Michael, MN 55376.  You can contact us for any return questions at lolamaeservice@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shop Lola Mae E-Gift card sent to your order's email address.  Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
