Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped. Special requests may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipments occur only on weekdays.
We offer Free Shipping on orders $75 or more within the continental United States (excluding APO address). There is a nominal flat rate delivery fee of $5.95 on orders less than $75.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your shipping tracking information. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order there.
If you don’t have a user account, please contact us with your order number and the name used to place the order and we will provide the shipping tracking information. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the delivery company directly before contacting us. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but your purchase will still arrive.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping to any countries outside the United States.
